The RNRL is one of 39 Naval Service Sports Associations, receiving financial support from both public and non-public funds. It is a MOD body within the Navy and is an enabler for the Naval Service Physical Development. The 2* Naval Service Sports Board provides strategic direction for Naval Service Sport.
