Shipping and Delivery

When will I receive delivery of my order?

For Stock products, once your order has been placed, your garments will be picked, decorated, packed and sent out via our track and trace service within 7-10 working days. Our courier will provide parcel recipients with a one-hour delivery window, notified by SMS or email, so you don't have to wait in all day. All we need is your email address or mobile phone number and you will be able to follow your Samurai deliver to your front door. 

What are your lead times?

Our lead times are 48 hours for stock product, 1-2 weeks for customised stock product and 3-4 weeks (express) or 6-8 weeks (standard) for custom made teamwear. These lead times start when the order approval has been received by our Sales staff.

*Leadtimes will reduce and fluctuate depending on the time of year and demand.

Where do you ship to and what are the costs?

We ship worldwide; offering standard, express and sea delivery options so you can choose which method best suits your needs.

Standard courier delivery to the UK is charged at £4.50 for both customised and non-customised stock products, with European and International delivery charged at £25.

Deliveries that weigh over 10kg may incur additional charges. You will be notified upon submission of your order if this is the case.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return goods?

You can return plain stock items to us within 30 days of receiving the item delivery for a refund or exchange. The garments must be in their original condition, with all labels, bag and tags intact. Any garments returned outside of this time will not be accepted.To begin a return or exchange enter your order details into our platform here.

Stock items that you have customised are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged except in the case of manufacturing error or faulty goods.
Notification of an issue/fault/shortfall with an order must be made in writing to us within 14 days of delivery.

In a situation where Samurai Sportswear has failed to comply with the approved customer order instructions through errors, omissions or the product is faulty, we will more than happily exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Do you offer a warranty on your garments?

Yes. We make our products durable, so we offer a warranty on our garments for the garment’s expected lifetime, subject to their use. Our full terms and conditions will give you more details.

As standard we offer a 6 month guarantee on all SAMURAI products with the exception of Iconix Rugby Shirt, Stock Premier Short, Premier Netball Dress, Hockey Match Shirt, Cricket Match Shirt and Bespoke Leisure Short in men’s and women’s fits. These products are part of our ‘Samurai Super 6’ warranty which means they are guaranteed for 12 Months and will be included on garment hangtags.
In order to apply the ‘Samurai Super 6’ guarantee you must register your product within 28 days of receiving your order, this will also detail full Terms and conditions.

What is the difference between cut and sew and sublimation?

Cut&Sew garments are made from our traditional fabrics, with a range of designs and colour options to meet your needs.* Each garment is made from different panels sewn together to create an eye catching design, with taping and binding elements available to add more colour into your design.

Sublimated garments are named so after the sublimation process of printing directly onto a fabric. This gives you an unlimited amount of colour and pattern options to create a truly unique design. Colours are matched to Pantone Solid Coated, giving a wider range than the standard CMYK options.

What if I don't know the Pantone of Maderia colours for my design?

If you are unable to provide Samurai with Pantone or Maderia codes for your logo or sublimated design’s colours, we will work to create as close a colour match as possible for your approval.

What fabrics do SAMURAI use?

Samurai Sportswear use quality, technical fabrics that have been carefully selected by our Production Team, offering fabrics that work with the body so you can perform to your best during your training/match games.

What is SAMURAI’s Performex™ Technology?

Samurai’s exciting next generation Performex™ system encompasses an exclusive range of top calibre performance fabrics, designed and developed and only available exclusively from Samurai Sportswear. This exceptional league of high quality technical fabrics have been expertly engineered to meet the specific needs of the athlete, who demands apparel with the highest level of functionality, comfort and durability, combined with cutting edge design. How do I know which fabric is best for my sport?

As you know our fabric range is extensive. Samurai Sportswear offers you the greatest variety of fabrics at the best possible quality; however what fabric is good for netball may not be a good fabric for playing football. We do offer an insight into our fabric range in our brochure where we describe the composites of our fabrics and give a general description of their optimal uses.

How do I use Clearpay?

Just shop on SAMURAI and check out as normal. At checkout, choose the Clearpay payment method. You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa, Mastercard or Amex).

If you've used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account.

Then complete your order!

How does the Clearpay payment schedule work?

Clearpay will split the total value of your order into 4 instalments payable every fortnight. The exact amounts and dates will be displayed for you to agree to before you confirm your purchase.

If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into your Clearpay account to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Clearpay?

Items purchased with Clearpay follow our standard return process. Please note, refunds for Clearpay purchases will be refunded from Merchant Site to Clearpay. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.

When the refund is processed, any upcoming payments you have to Clearpay will be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded back to the card you paid with. Please note that until the merchant has confirmed receipt of any return goods, you will be liable to continue to make your payments to Clearpay. You can view the details by logging in to your Clearpay account.
