Derbyshire County Cricket Club

ESTABLISHED: 1870
Derbyshire County Cricket Club is one of eighteen first-class county clubs within the domestic cricket structure of England and Wales. It represents the historic county of Derbyshire. Founded in 1870, the club is classified by substantial sources as holding important match status from its first match in 1871 until 1887. Derbyshire is classified as an official first-class team from 1895. In recent years the club has enjoyed record attendances with over 24,000 people watching their home Twenty20 fixtures in 2017 – a record for a single campaign.

“Derbyshire County Cricket Club has worked with SAMURAI for more than a decade and it’s been a pleasure to develop our kit and leisurewear ranges throughout the growing partnership. SAMURAI have great drive and match our ambition in creating clothing which reflects the Club’s culture and desire for success. Their recent rebrand has firmly cemented their place as a leader in the industry and we’re proud to be extending our partnership with them in 2022 with the launch of three new match kits and an entire new leisurewear range. SAMURAI create garments perfect for players, loved by supporters and with focus and prominence for sponsors. As positive supporter engagement is matched by increased pre-season sales, we look forward to another successful summer working with SAMURAI.”
