SAMURAI are delighted to announce our new partnership with Dendermonde Rugby Club, one of strongest rugby clubs in Belgium.
Dendermonde Rugby Club is a reputable rugby team based in Dendermonde in the Flemish Province of East Flanders. Founded in 1962, Dendermonde Rugby Club is one of the biggest clubs in Belgium, competing in the Belgian Elite League and is also home to the Flanders Open - the world’s biggest rugby 10s tournament.
As a sports association, Dendermonde Rugby Club aims to provide better opportunities for its strong and dedicated youth following to help the development of their younger members into elite rugby players. Striving to keep their membership fee low, Dendermonde Rugby Club aims to offer everyone the opportunity to participate in the sport of rugby.
A global partner club of Leicester Tigers, Dendermonde Rugby Club actively plays a role in helping to develop and shape grassroots rugby around the world, introducing rugby to new audiences and driving the development of the game.
"We are delighted to have Dendermonde Rugby Club as our new partner.” Says Peter Sutton, Head of Sales at SAMURAI. “They have a rich history and amazing facilities and continue to grow from strength to strength as a club across all age ranges both mens & womens.
