At Samurai, we can offer you a number of delivery options depending how quickly you need your kit. We offer a 60 and 90 day lead-time as well as a 40 day express delivery option*. If you need your kit even sooner, we also offer a 2 working day lead time on our stock products, with a vast range of performance garments available directly from our UK warehouse.
*Express teamwear delivery is subject to prior approval.
*Extended from 6-8 weeks from 1st November due to the Christmas period, our expectation is still to hit 8 week leadtimes.
Stock Delivery – 2 Working Days
As soon as your order has been approved, we aim to despatch the goods and have them delivered to you within 2 working days* if no personalisation is required. Our Track and Trace service allows you to know exactly where your new Samurai product is, from dispatch to delivery.
Online Shop Delivery 2-3 Working Days
Once your order has been received, we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 2-3 Working Days. Next day delivery is available upon request. If you would like your online shop products customised, a delivery time of 5-7 working days will apply.
Courier delivery to the UK is charged at £4.50. For international delivery prices, please contact email@example.com and we will advise you of the likely delivery times and charges prior to your purchase.
Customised Product From Stock Range 1-2 Weeks
As soon as you have checked and approved your order, we will schedule your order for customisation and we will endeavour to have goods delivered to you within 1-2 weeks*.
Made To Order Express Teamwear Delivery 3-4 Weeks
For quick turnaround on custom made orders we offer an ‘express’ manufacturing service of 3-4 weeks, subject to availability. An express manufacturing surcharge will apply.
Made To Order Teamwear Delivery 8-10 Weeks
As soon as you have checked and approved your order (see terms and conditions), we will schedule your order for production within our own factory. The delivery time of 6-8 weeks will apply.
Custom made items include sublimation garments. So that you know where your Samurai products are at all times, we offer a ‘Track and Trace’ Service. See more about Track and Trace below.
Our Track and Trace service allows you to know exactly where your new Samurai product is, from dispatch to delivery, through updates sent via text message or email. To ensure that you do not have to wait in all day to receive your delivery, we also offer a 1 hour delivery slot. All we need is your email address or mobile phone number and you will be able to follow your Samurai delivery to your door.
* Delivery times may vary depending on business seasons. Lead times will only commence once an order has been checked and authorised in writing (by hard copy, fax or email) by the customer. It is then classified as a confirmed order.
Custom made garments are subject to customer approval before being made to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges.
For stock teamwear, unaltered stock teamwear will be able to be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. However, we are unable to accept returns on stock garments which have been altered and created with an approved customer order.
For online store orders, we are only able to accept returns on products that have not been personalised. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations in force in the UK.
In a situation where Samurai Sportswear has failed to comply with the approved customer order instructions through either errors, omissions or the product is faulty, we will more than happily exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.
Notification of an issue/fault with a bespoke order must be sent to Samurai Sportswear within 7 days of delivery. The product must be retained in an unused condition and the cost of any loss or damage of the product will be charged to the customer.
The standard warranty for garments manufactured by Samurai International is six months.
We do not accept and cannot process any returns without a returns number and accompanying documentation which will be provided after notification. Any items returned incorrectly will be subject to a reshipping and handling charge. To request a returns number please contact 01508 531010 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Samurai does not bear the direct costs of returning goods as stated on our ordering notification. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover as Samurai cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
