SAMURAI COLLABORATES FOR FRESH FITNESS THROWDOWN COMPETITION

SAMURAI are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Fresh Fitness Food for the Fresh Fitness Throwdown, a CrossFit competition held in London.

Throughout the month of May, members from 16 different gyms will compete side by side in the ultimate CrossFit workout, each put to the test and all vying to be crowned champion in the grand finale.

The Fresh Fitness Throwdown competition kicked off on Friday 6th May at the CrossFit Putney gym in London, continuing on Saturday 7th at Fortitude Fitness London gym. Both of these two premier gyms set the bar high for the competition going forward with their intense and demanding workouts.

Already it is shaping up to be an epic event, with fitness fanatics and enthusiasts giving it their all. The competition will continue on, visiting different gym venues until the championship final - held where it all started at the CrossFit Putney gym on Friday 17th June.

Their team and customers alike share the same love for competitive sport as ourselves so when we got the call it was a no brainer for us to get involved.”
